On October 12, 2025, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav declared that the 29th installment of the Ladli Bahna Yojana would be released from Sheopur. This time, 1.26 crore eligible women would receive a direct payment of ₹1,541 crore into their accounts. For ladies, this sum is also a unique Diwali present.

This afternoon, the Chief Minister will come at the Sheopur location and use a single click to transfer the payments. Each woman’s account will receive ₹1,250 in this October installment. In addition, a separate gift of ₹250 will be provided on Bhai Dooj.

Eligibility for the Scheme
The Ladli Behna Yojana is only available to women who are Madhya Pradesh permanent citizens. Eligibility is limited to women who are married, widowed, or divorced. Women must be between the ages of 21 and 60, and the combined yearly income of their family cannot be more than ₹2.5 lakh. In addition, no family member ought to work for the government or be eligible for pension benefits.
