The Audi Concept C is now running on European roads. The images clearly show that the car features essential features like front and rear license plates, windshield wipers, turn signals, and a horn. According to Autocar, they experienced driving the car in the Dolomites of Italy and found that it wasn’t just for looks, but was completely roadworthy.

Audi CEO Gernot Döllner explained that making this single concept car street-legal was quite complex, but it significantly helped in the development of the production model. The Concept C has a top speed of approximately 90 mph and will include a dual-motor all-wheel-drive variant in the future.

A Glimpse of the Future in Design and Technology

The Concept C has a wheelbase of 101.1 inches, a length of 178 inches, and a width of 77.6 inches. For comparison, the Porsche 911 is almost as long but has a much narrower waist. The car will share the platform with the upcoming Porsche 718 EV. The battery is located between the passenger and rear drive units, lowering its ride height and making it feel more stable on the road. Audi claims the Concept C weighs 3726 pounds.
