His mother is a seamstress, while his brother is a painter. Under such difficult financial circumstances, Tushar found it difficult to continue his education. However, the Indira Gandhi Sukh Shiksha Yojana (IGSY) made his path easier.
The state government currently provides complete funding for his turner course at ITI Mandi. “This initiative has become a new support in my life,” Tushar added, expressing gratitude to Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, the Chief Minister.
