Naimish Nagar Project: Lucknow’s growth is advancing quickly. The goal of the Naimisharanya program is to give the capital’s northern region a new identity. When compensation checks for land acquisition were given to farmers on the first day of Navratri, a significant step toward this plan was taken. Now that the long-standing uncertainty was over, the farmers’ faces were obviously beaming with happiness.
The plan will start with 18 communities’ worth of land

For the Naimisharanya program, some 1,500 hectares of land in 18 villages within the BKT tehsil have been selected. Bhauli, Lakshmipur, Purba Gaon, Purva, Sairpur, Farrukhabad, Kodri Bhauli, Kamalabad, Kamalapur, and Palhari are among the villages that are part of the project. The estimated cost to acquire this land is ₹4,785 crore. Importantly, there is a clause that guarantees that the compensation would be paid out right away after the farmers give their approval, so nobody will have to wait.
Farmers’ accounts are credited with compensation
LDA Vice President Prathamesh Kumar personally summoned the farmers to the office and gave them their compensation during the scheme’s initial phase. Palhari village farmers Adarsh Yadav, Amber, and Vidyavati gave three bighas of land in return for a check for about Rs 2.3 crore (23 million rupees). In addition to giving farmers more self-assurance, this program is inspiring farmers in other villages to come forward and contribute their land in the future.
Communication with Farmers and the Site Office
Purva village is now home to the Naimish Nagar scheme’s initial site office. To get in touch with farmers, the LDA staff frequently travels to communities. Consent bids for 200 bighas of land have been received thus far, and more are anticipated in the days ahead. Farmers are relieved that their land is being appraised fairly and that they are getting paid on time.
Naimish Nagar Project: A new identity will be given to the capital
The Naimish Nagar plan encompasses more than just purchasing land. It will be transformed into a fully functional suburb. Modern conveniences including broad highways, parks, green spaces, schools, hospitals, community centers, business districts, and solid waste management will all be part of it. In addition to transforming Lucknow’s northern region, this plan will open up new doors in the fields of logistics, education, industry, and health. There will be a rise in investment and the creation of thousands of jobs.
The Housing Development Council’s New Initiative
Plots and partially constructed buildings for housing projects in Lucknow and Ghaziabad have also been distributed by the Housing Development Council. The Saumitra Vihar Scheme in Lucknow and the Mandola Vihar Scheme in Ghaziabad have finished their lotteries. Thousands of households now have new houses because to the numerous buildings and plots that have been distributed. The council anticipates that this will bring in crores of rupees.
