DTC bus routes are being extended to facilitate easy access to the flats in Narela, the Urban Extension Road-II is being constructed, and flats are being connected. Land has also been allocated under the scheme for police infrastructure, a hospital, a DTC terminal, and an education hub.

When the Phase-IV corridor of the Delhi Metro becomes operational, metro connectivity will be available in these areas, which is expected to further increase housing demand.
